Land Meaningful Work in Canada — Faster
The job market wasn’t built for newcomers, and referrals only work when candidates are ready. Black Catalyst Network closes that gap — through pre-arrival preparation, post-arrival training, and a community of insiders willing to refer.
About BCN
Black Catalyst Network grew out of Nigerian Canadian Life, a Twitter Spaces community created by Banks, c0-hosted Tunde, and Olamide, and later joined by Joel. What began as conversations about building a life in Canada revealed a pattern: talented people held back not by ability, but by a job market that wasn’t built for them. Banks formally incorporated Black Catalyst Network in November 2025 to close that gap at scale.

“We built the missing layer between talented newcomers and the referrals that actually move careers forward.”
Most newcomers don’t struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because the Canadian job market speaks a different language — different resume norms, different interview expectations, different terminology for the same skills. We translate that, then connect you to people who can vouch for the right fit.
